A 25-year-old honors graduate originally from Cape Town and now living in Midrand, Johannesburg. Whilst in Cape Town, she graduated from an IEB school, completed her BSc in Biodiversity and Conservation Biology, and went on to finish her honors degree in Biological Sciences at UCT last year. An avid animal lover and activist and very involved in charity work and welfare. She has a great passion for children and teaching. Having a brother who is nine years her junior has taught her patience and that every child is different in the way in which they learn best. She works on a positive reinforcement technique and as well as teaching academic subjects, focusing on building each child’s confidence up. She does not believe in overloading children with work but providing them with a balance in order for them to enjoy the work they do. She is competent in the NSC, IEB, and Cambridge schooling systems and teaches from grade 2-10 in Chemistry/Science/Natural sciences, Biology/Life sciences, Afrikaans, English, and Mathematics.
